I cannot say enough about Trish and the team. I am so pleased with their experience - and the outcome. They were here on-time every day. Listened and provided professional solutions for some challenging areas on our roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a roof install or repair.

We have owned about a dozen homes and never had to replace a roof. But this year, our number came up. We contacted three companies to bid the job. We called Trish Littlejohn at Pro-Nail Roofing because she had done work for a neighbor, and they were happy with her service. They were right. Unlike the other companies we contacted, Trish was thorough. She met with us multiple times to talk about our options, to discuss the unique challenges of our roof, to help us decide on which roof shingle would work best for us. We walked the attic to make sure that the system we selected would work with our radiant barrier. We looked at different vent/roof fan options and also looked at gutter and gutter guard options. We looked at lots of roof shingles, driving by other homes to compare the colors and look. Trish did not pressure us to make a decision. She simply advised us so that when we made the decision to move forward, we understood exactly what Pro-Nail would do to complete the job. Once the work started, Trish’s crew moved in a worked hard through 100-degree days. As with any construction project, minor challenges popped up and Trish handled those issues as thoroughly and professionally as she had handled the bid process. Trish with ProNail was phenomenal! We had hail damage from 2 storms that hit our area. She was very informative and educated us on shingle brands, colors and the process ProNail would use in replacing our roof. Trish was on time and present with her crew from start to finish. She made certain every detail was complete. Trish made the process pain free and we would use her again! We have recommended ProNail/Trish to family, friends and neighbors.

ProNail and Jason are top notch. We were hit with a terrible storm that took a large portion of our roof off. They came and tarped it the moment the rain stopped. Then they came back to replace the roof as soon as our insurance had it all covered. They also were the general contractors for the interior repairs as well. Fantastic!! I loved having one company to talk to. Jason took care of every detail from start to finish. When there was a small hiccup, Jason was on top if it. I didn't even have to react. All in all, I would recommend Jason and ProNail to all of my friends and family. I pray I don't need him again any time soon, but if I do, I will call him in a heartbeat.
